certified integrative counsellor
I grew up between countries and languages. Born in Bucharest, raised in Malmö, educated across Italy, Australia, and Switzerland. Before I became a therapist, I worked across humanitarian, organisational, and creative fields — policy, global operations, youth work, art. Different contexts, but the same thing kept showing up: everything is built on what people carry inside them, and almost nothing is set up to attend to that.
I work with academics, creatives, expats, and high-achievers — people who function well and feel the cost of it. People navigating identity, inner shifts, and the gap between how they show up and what's actually going on underneath. People who've lived across cultures and hold more than one world inside them. People who've had experiences that opened something in them — spiritual, existential, hard to explain — and need a space where that's taken seriously, not pathologised and not romanticised.
In the room, I track what's happening in real time — not just the story being told, but how it lives in the body, what patterns are running, what shifts between us. I name what I see and offer it back, not as truth but as something to look at together. You get to confirm it, reshape it, or set it aside. That's how clarity builds — not through interpretation handed down, but through something we shape as we go.
I draw on psychosynthesis, psychodynamic, somatic, and other frameworks — but I follow the person, not a protocol. Two people can describe the same problem and be living entirely different internal realities. The work responds to the person, not the category.
