I've been a therapist for over twenty years. Before that, I spent decades in leadership — I ran organisations in the cultural sector, chaired the Swedish Library Association, and served as head of the Psychosynthesis Institute in Gothenburg. I work with individuals and supervise therapists, leaders and teams across public and private sectors.
I work with people navigating life's bigger transitions — loss, endings, relationships that chafe and new chapters that haven't taken shape yet. People who feel stuck — in life, in work, in themselves. People who've carried responsibility for others and rarely had someone hold the space for them. People who need someone who doesn't waver.
I believe in the good conversation. I trust the people I work with to lead it, and I meet them honestly when they do. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes I use imagery or creative expression to reach what words can't.
I trained in psychosynthesis and psychodynamic therapy — approaches that see the whole person, not just the problem.
